There was never any official announcement from any of the Sailor Moon license holders about a Sailor Moon game for the Wii or its current successor, the Wii U. Instead, a Namco-produced Sailor Moon title appeared on popular import website YesAsia, and the rumors circulated from there. YesAsia still has a page with "Sailor Moon (Working Title)" for the Wii listed, though there is no cover artwork or any information listed. It is possible there will be video games made to coincide with the 2013 release of the new Sailor Moon anime, but we will have to wait and see.
Actually sailor moon MIGHT be coming back! MTV might put sailor moon back on air in September 2011 or 2012!
Np

If you mean Sailor Moon classic then yes, it will be. The sequel to it is Sailor Moon R, practically the same series only with a different arc in the Sailor Moon classic series. Then there is of course Sailor Moon S and Sailor Moon Super S. There is a fifth arc but unfortuantely never released in America. It's called Sailor Moon Sailor Stars. It has been confirmed that a new Sailor Moon anime is coming in the summer of 2013. At the 20 year anniversary Naoko Takeuchi (manga artist/author) and Kondansha Comics confirmed it. Along with the Japanese voice actor of Tuxedo Mask and actress of Sailor Moon at the event. So, yes it will continue.
