There could be many answers for that: 1. He has a littler chance of being discovered that he is batman if he doesn't broadcast his life to people. I mean, who would think a snobby, quiet, lonely, and rich old guy would be a super-powerful protector of an entire city? 2. If batman was real then he has probably faced death almost every day, witnessed alot of violance and blood, and has to deal with a crazy penguin-obsesed freak and a overly violant clown who both want to destroy an entire city. I would'nt blame him for having Manic Depression... 3. He would be an extremely brilliant man, I bet he spends alot of his time researching and inventing stuff for batman. Its kinda like how Da Vinci cut up dead bodies to help him learn about the human body since he spent most his life drawing it. 4. He spends his day Managing his huge company, Researching, and protecting an entire city. If you had to do all those things, would you want to go hang out once you got home, or relax and gain back some energy? --Chris Foster
