In all versions of Pokemon if given a fire, thunder or water stone Eevee will evolve into a Flareon, Jolteon or Vaporeon. In all versions except red, blue, yellow and green Eevee will evolve into Espeon or Umbreon if their friendship is gained. Espeon if friendship gained in the daytime. Umbreon if their friendship is gained at nighttime. In Pokemon pearl, diamond or platinum, Eevee will evovle into Leafeon if leveled up next to the green rock in eterna forest and a Glaceon if you level Eevee up at a stone covered in ice at snowpoint

for shortened version go to bottom. first get an eevee in celadon city, to do this go behind the Pokemon center and keep going left till you get to the back door of the building. Go to the top and there should be another building on the roof, go inside and you practically steal the guys eevee, after that you can put the eevee in a daycare with a ditto to make little eevee's (eevee eggs take forever to hatch and you will get very angry at them) next you have to beat the elite four, get the national pokedex. go to one island talk to celio and he will tell you to get the ruby stone, after you get the ruby stone go back to celio, he will say (not really) "oh im a dumas you need a sapphire stone as well". to get the sapphire stone go to dotted hole on six island use cut in front of the door, the door should open. after it opens drop in the first hole, then drop in the next following order up, left, right, down. and then get the sapphire stone yaayy! yyaaaaayyayayayya!! not some random azz nerd will steal it from you. to get it back go to rocket warehouse on five island, oh and the nerd gives you the second password. go through the warehouse and beat the nerd at the end he will give you the sapphire back! yyyyaaaaaaaaayyy!! no for real this time:) take your happy azz and the sapphire back to celio and you will be able to connect with hoenn region, next trade your eevee to either ruby, sapphire, or emerald. after you trade to one of these three go to your home and check your clock if it says am you get an umbreon, if it says otherwise you get an espeon like me, but in order for eevee to evolve you have to make it really happy. all i did was beat the elite four a couple times while eevee had the experience share. and there you have it i hope you liked my really long explanation:) Get eevee in celadon. beat the elite four with 60 different kinds of Pokemon. go to one island and get the ruby stone. go to celio and then get the sapphire stone. once you get the sapphire stone trade eevee to either ruby, sapphire, or emerald. evolve eevee during am for an umbreon, evolve during pm for an espeon:)
