Arlene Dahl ( not related to the famous Bllimp admiral- Rosenthal) was prominent as a movie star when the character Lana Lang was introduced- Lana Lang originally knew Superman in Smallville days- before he met Lois Lane on the Planet- so in a sense they are High school sweethearts- She is a redhead and her father is or was an Archaeologist, professor Lang, seems like a highbrow type. I met Miss Dahl last year at a special event at Loew"s and would say- all things considered- Yes.
