You don't need to beat the Pokemon league just got to Sootopoltus AND YOU MUST HAVE RED ORB Go in Cave of Orgin Really usefull to have A Pokemon that knows False swipe and Flash NOt the Same in Emerald Sapphire The same thing Just Get Blue Orb and you Get Kyoger

∙ 15y agoyou find groudon inthe cave of origin after you fight team magma for the last time when they take the sub when you exit the under water cave Steven will let you know about how bright it is so then go to stopolis or what ever it is with the gym leader Wallace then go to T.C.O.O. (the cave of origin) talk to the people then go in but have at least 50 ultra balls and 40 great balls is optional but i caught him with 1 ultra ball use paralyze sleep, etc. any thing but burn, poison or anything that will kill him eventually. get him down low on hp and throw balls like there is no tomorrow =D

∙ 12y agoyou have to have all 16 gym badges and defeat red (located at mount silver) then talk to Mr Pokemon and heal give you the red orb then you go to embedded tower (located at route 47) it is hard to find so if you cant find it go to YouTube.com
