From what I've gathered, there WAS an episode, but they decided to cancel it because it was clearly a fanservice-based episode.

It's A Small Little Joke.
One lunch joke could be: Why was the cucumber upset? Because it found itself in a pickle. Or, you could try this one: Did you enjoy your visit to the restaurant on the moon? No, I found it utterly lacking in atmosphere.
No she is not. At first she thought she was because she was having some pains in her sides but it turned out to be ovarine cists that she had to have surgeory for. She decided to go along with it as a joke on Kim and the other guys afterwards but at the end of the episode she admitted that it wasn't true. This is bogus. She never went along with it as a joke. She was in tears on the episode. Everyone in the shop knew that she was having surgery. But I do not think she is having a baby! I'm pretty sure the first entry meant the joke was that she pretended to be pregnant, and she actually was having surgery.

In the "Bounty" episode of Walker, Texas Ranger, Uncle Ray tells a joke about a man who walks into a bar with a parrot on his shoulder. The bartender asks where he got the parrot, and the parrot replies, "I got it from the same place you got your ugly face!" The joke is a light-hearted moment that adds humor to the episode.

In episode 13 of Tracy Beaker Returns, the joke likely carried a humorous or witty punchline that may have involved wordplay, irony, or a play on common sayings or situations. If you can provide more context or details about the joke, I can help explain its meaning.
