She decided to go along with it as a joke on Kim and the other guys afterwards but at the end of the episode she admitted that it wasn't true. This is bogus. She never went along with it as a joke. She was in tears on the episode. Everyone in the shop knew that she was having surgery. But I do not think she is having a baby! I'm pretty sure the first entry meant the joke was that she pretended to be pregnant, and she actually was having surgery.
