To answer this question would give away the plot of the Harry Potter series, and act as a spoiler for anyone who read such an answer.

To ask such a question shows a remarkably mean spirit. (And is it so very difficult to read the books)?

The first Horcrux was Tom Riddle's Diary which was destroyed by Harry in the second book by stabbing the middle of the book with a basilisk fang.

The second Horcrux was Marvolo Gaunt's ring which was destroyed by Dumbledore with the Gryffindor sword.

The third Horcrux was Slytherin's Locket which was destroyed by Ron with the sword of Gryffindor.

The fourth Horcrux was Helga Hufflepuff's cup which was destroyed by by Hermione using the fang which was recovered from the Chamber of Secrets.

The fifth Horcrux was The Diadem of Rowena Ravenclawwhich was destroyed by Vincent Crabbe accidently by using Fiendfyre.

The sixth Horcrux was Harry Potter, which Voldemort didn't know. When Voldemort tried to do the killing curse on Harry is backfired and got him instead.

The seventh Horcrux was Nagini, Voldemort's snake, which was killed by Neville with the sword of Gryffindor.

all of the horcuxes are destroyed and then harry and voldemort fight each other but the wand doesn't work properly for voldemort and harry kills him

How many horcux were there?

voldemort intended to split the soul in to 7 thinking, that makes him invicible. one part left in his body and 6 horcuxes -dairy,ring,locket,cup,tiara,snake nagini.

Why cant Voldemort come back when harry kills him in 7?

He kills himself, actually; his own course fall back on him. And this time he doesn't have any horcuxes, so his soul (what little part he still has) leaves.

How many horcruxes remain after book number six?

Five horcuxes remain after Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince: Ravenclaw's lost diadem, Hufflepuff's cup, Nagini (Voldemort's snake), the locket, and Harry himself.

What did Albus Dumbledore believe Lord Voldemort used as his sixth horcrux?

Dumblerdore wanted Harry to find the Horcuxes and kill them. Then kill Voldmort. Dumbledore didn't want Harry to know about the Hallows because he only wants Harry to concentrate on the Horcuxes , not Hallows. Dumbledore never told Harry about the Hallows because he did not want Harry to be tempted to take them for the wrong reasons. The Hallows are dangerous magical objects to posses and he wanted Harry to be safe if he had them. But Dumbledore clearly intended for Harry to have at least 2 of the Hallows because he left Harry the Resurrection Stone in the Golden Snitch (Harry already possessed the Invisibility Cloak) and he left the symbol of the Deathly Hallows in the Tales of Beedle the Bard for Hermoine to decipher. Dumbledore knew Voldemort would go after the Elder Wand and he planned to die undefeated as its last true master, thus breaking its power. But because Draco Malfoy disarmed him while he was still alive, the wand switched its allegiance to Draco and its power was preserved. Dumbledore wanted Harry to destroy the Horcruxes, but he wanted Harry to have the Resurrection Stone as well to help him find the courage to allow Voldemort to kill him. Therefore Dumbledore wanted him to have both Hallows and Horcruxes.

What happens to the Horcuxes?

Harry,Ron,Hermione,Nevile, and Voldemort destroy the Horcruxes though Voldemort did so un-intentionally by killing harry. but, its more complex. All horcruxes are things. so the horcrux within the object is destroyed, but the object itself isn't.
