Pikachu's moves in Pokémon Yellow are Thundershock, Growl, Tailwhip, Thunderwave, Double Team, Slam, Quick Attack, Swift, Agility, Thunder, Light Screen and Thunderbolt.
Thundershock, Thunderbolt and Thunder are offensive electric-type attacks that will deal damage however Thunder is inaccurate unlesss it's raining during battle. Growl is a move that decreases its opponent's offensive attack power and Tailwhip is a move that decreases an opponent's defense.
Thunderwave is a move that doesn't damage but it will paralyze other opponents.
Doube Team is not a damaging attack but it will raise its evasiveness making it more likely to Dodge opponents' incoming attacks that have the possibility of misssing. Slam is a normal-type damaging move that isn't powerful.
Quick Attac is a damaging attack that will always allow Pikachu to go first.
Agility is a move that will increase Pikachu's speed.
Swift is a damaging move that isn't powerful but it's a Normal-type attack that can't miss.
Light Screen is a move that willl double Pikachu's Special stats in the event of an opponent damaging it with a Special attack.
