He can't be normal summoned or set, he can't be special summoned except by tributing three monsters. His summon can't be negated and can't be responded to except by his own effects. You can pay any number of life points in multiples of 100 to have his ATK and DEF increase by the amount of points paid. You can pay 1000 life points to destroy 1 monster on the field.
Rā no yokushinryū - Ra the Winged God Dragon.
Winged Dragon of Ra's summon can't be negated, nor can the summon be responded to. But apart from that, it can be freely affected by cards and effects. So Ordeal of the Traveler does work on it.
No part of Winged Dragon of Ra's effect stops you from Special Summoning while you have him out on the field.
For the legal Winged Dragon of Ra, you must pay all but 100 Life Points.
The main weakness of the newly released Effect Monster version of The Winged Dragon of Ra is its failure to include an immunity to Spells, Traps, and Monster effects. Unlike, the Effect Monster version of Obelisk the Tormentor, The Winged Dragon of Ra CAN be targeted and is affected by all Spells, Traps, and Monster effects (except when it is Summoned). This means that you could use cards such as Sakuretsu Armor, or Dimensional Prison on it. Note however, that you CANNOT use cards such as Trap Hole or Forced Back on this card.

Yes. Winged Dragon of Ra only stops effects being used directly against his summon, ie, 'When' he is summoned. It is not a continuous effect that permanently shuts down spells, traps and monster effects.
Winged Dragon of Ra's summon can't be negated, nor can the summon be responded to. But apart from that, it can be freely affected by cards and effects. So Ordeal of the Traveler does work on it.
The Winged Dragon of Ra is basically the strongest because while Obelisk and Slifer have a fixed amount of attack points, the Winged Dragon of Ra has infinite.
the winged dragon of ra depending on usage
the Winged Dragon of Ra is the strongest because you can reduce your LP down to 1 and the Winged Dragon of Ra gains attack points equal to what you gave up.
No part of Winged Dragon of Ra's effect stops you from Special Summoning while you have him out on the field.
Ra's own summon can't be responded to by any effects apart from his own, nor can his summon be negated. Apart from that, effects can freely affect him, he has no protections.
The Winged Dragon of Ra is a 10 star, divine beast, with ???? attack and ???? defence. The card text is: "Spirits sing of a creature that rules over all that is mystic"
The Winged Dragon of Ra is it's at The Final Boss card shop and maybe Slifer as well
There is no code for it.
In terms of attack, yes, "Obelisk the Tormentor" and "The Winged Dragon of Ra" (if it has enough attack) can beat "Stardust Dragon".However, if you are referring to the destruction effects of "Obelisk" and "Ra", then "Stardust Dragon" does "beat" them since it can negate their abilities and destroy them.
