And finally, the Everstone, which prevents the Pokémon holding it from evolving.

The Fire, Water, Leaf, Moon, and Thunderstones were all available from Generation I onwards, the Sun Stone, Hard Stone, and Everstone were added in Generation II, the Dawn, Dusk, Oval, and Shiny Stones were added in Generation IV, and the Float Stone and Mega Stones were added in Generation VI.

With mostly all of the stones, Eevee may evolve with a water stone a fire stone or an electric stone hope this helps
