Ooh, this is a good question! It is an unfortunate repetitive tendency for Disney movies to have a character die. But are there Disney movies where someone does not die? In fact, there are!
One example I thought of right away is Pinocchio. At the end, Gepetto thinks Pinocchio has died, but he is instead given "real life" by the Blue Fairy.
Another one would be The Fox and the Hound. A few of the characters get injured during the movie, but no one actually dies.
A more modern example is Toy Story. None of the toys even leave the scene until the third movie. But the ones who "disappear" we are told were simply sold to new kids. They did not die.
There are several others, but I won't list them all... that would take too long. :)
