Pokemon Orange (or Naranja) is a ROM hack by Serg!o, which features the Orange Islands and some all-new Pokemon. You can play as either Ash or Misty. It has been mostly translated from Spanish, and requires GameShark codes to enjoy fully.
If you were instead trying to refer to Pokemon Yellow Edition, that is a version of Pokemon Red/Blue which more closely follows the anime. You start with a Pikachu and regularly encounter Jessie and James of Team Rocket.
