It doesn't matter in any way if the parents are shiny or not, it has absolutely no effect on the chances of a shiny offspring.
When breeding two pokemon from different locations (such as one from Japan and one from the US) the shiny chance increases by six times, in Black and White (5 times in the other DS games). So the chances with the above pairing, whether shiny or not, is 1/1366 of having a shiny offspring.
There is no way to 'up' your chances of finding a ShinyPokemon in any of the Versions.
nope. regardless of anything you do, you'll Always have a 8,192 chance of encountering a shiny. it's rumored they're more common on Japanese games that have mixed records with American games, that's not confirmed.
it will be about 40%
Yeah, you can get any Pokemon as a shinny, but the chances of it are extremely low.
50% if I recall
It depends on the pokemon. The chances of finding it in the wild are 1/8192 (.001220703125%)
To make Pokemon easier to catch, you should probably inflict a Pokemon with a status problem and then start weakening it with some weak attacks. When it's health is near red, try catching it. There are also some special Pokeballs that can increase your chances of catching a Pokemon. (ex. a Dusk Ball can increase your chances of catching a Pokemon in a cave or at night.)
any ball that you have the better the ball better the chances of catching it
You can't catch pokemon in red rescue team. You can battle them and they might join your team. The odds of it happening are random.
I would get a Pokemon with the move false swipe (e.g. Gallade,Sceptile etc) and also carry a lot of Ultra balls with you to increase your chances of catching Pokemon.
you have to have Pokemon fire red inserted to your ds. you go down to valley windworks in the grass. you have an 8% rarity chance of finding him.
The odds of running into a shiny Pokemon in Sapphire are 1 to 8192, there is no discovered way to catch a shiny Pokemon more easily... however if you trade Pokemon with a foreign Pokemon version i.e. American and Japanese, and then make an egg with that Pokemon, the chances of getting a shiny egg quadruple to 1 in 2048.
You cannot turn a normal pokemon into a shiny, but have to catch one. The chances of catching one is roughly 1 in 8192. Unless you have a cheating device such as gameshark, this is near impossible.
You can't change or improve your chances of finding and catching a shiny Pokemon. The chances of finding any shiny Pokemon are 1/8192 meaning you'll have to go through 8191 normal Pokemon to find 1 shiny version. Keep trying, and good luck!
Yes you can. Though, it is very rare. One way to improve your chances of getting a shiny Pokemon by hatching an egg is by breeding a Pokemon that is of a different nationality. This meaning you must be traded a Pokemon from a different game. (i.e. a Japanese Pokemon onto an English game) This will increase your chances by 75%.
the japanese were discriminated because they were really good workers and took away the chances of an american getting the job
Relicanth is fouind underwater. Your chances are about 1%-10% of see one. Catching one might be even harder, so use a good ball.
