- American: Usually from the West Coast (90% California). They speak loud and like to gather attention around them, they fuel the night! Their lexicon is at times limited to 'Super Bowl, dude, wass up?, beer'. They are very good spenders and like wearing shirts with big captions.

- Asian: Discreet, they travel on limited cash and are very frugal with their spending. They react suspiciously if treated with warm kindness and are often submissive. They can easily disguise their true feelings speaking a language nobody else can understand.

- Australian: Boys and girls of breath-taking beauty. Blue-eyed, bronzed, slender, mostly tall, they arrive in big groups or on their own. They usually spend long periods travelling and join other groups during their trips. Almost all of them have learnt surfing before walking. Their accent misleads others into thinking they are actually British. The famous phrase 'life's short, go surfing' is undoubtly of Australian origin.

- Chilean: Short, chubby, very eloquent and extroverted. Speak to them once and they'll be your shadow forever. Very good mannered too.

- Danish: What calls my attention is their unusual height, blond hair, pure yellow eyebrows and eyelashes (don't get me wrong, we Argentineans' never see this color in local men).

- English: Usually accompanied. 90% of their bills consist of beers and drinks, as they'd rather spend their money on anything but accommodation or laundry. These night creatures drink and smoke to excess -both men and women- and like to hang out in Palermo (they always manage to get there without spending a penny, at someone else's expense, because they have a charming, academic accent that makes them Lords to the eyes of Argentineans women). Facebook pictures will show their bleach white features in obvious contrast with dark Peruvians, so that their friends overseas think they are having a hard time fighting poverty in underdeveloped countries.

- French: Introverted, thin, dark-haired, dark-eyes, sexy accent, wine lovers, they only hang out with you if they consider you share similar views with them. Otherwise, they'd just watch a DVD and have a smoke.

- Irish: An admirable nationality -they come from the land of James Joyce and Oscar Wilde! Usually short, red-faced, it's common to see them on their own. When asked about Dublin, these guests normally explain they are from elsewhere in Ireland. Closely attached to their family, I noticed they have a nostalgic look, as if they feared being away from home.

- Israeli: Dark-haired, dark eyes. Very good Spanish accent, fast learners. Most men have been in the military service and are now travelling. For some reason they cook their own meals and seldom dine out. They quickly get to know public transportation fast and have very good orientation sense.

- Italian: Low adaptation to the environment, they expect everything to be as it was back home. They can be very agreeable if you finally get to reach their essence, and hate Berlusconi as much as they do.
