You mean shiny Pokemon. Every Pokemon has either a 1/8000 percent chance of being shiny or 1/800. Sorry I can't remember. Either way. They are rare.
The probability of seeing a Shiny Pokemon (a.k.a. 'discolored Pokemon') is between a 1 in 8167 chance and a 1 in 8172 chance.
So you want a green Mewtwo first of all its not called a "Green Mewtwo" its a Shiny Mewtwo, a shiny Pokemon is a Pokemon means it's a Pokemon that's discolored from what a regular Pokemon would look like. (different color) okay back to the question, i have never caught a shiny Mewtwo before but i have caught a shiny Raticate and Gyarados so there are two ways to get it, trade or pure luck trying to find one. Your choice good luck, hope you find one!
In all games, the gender of the gyrados' doesn't matter, only that there is 1 male and 1 female. It will always be a non-shiny, i.e. blue, gyrados. To fully grasp this question, and you probably already know this, a red gyarados is what people call a "shiny" or discolored, gyrados. In tall grass, caves, etc., the chance of finding a "shiny" Pokemon are approximately 0.25%, or 1 in every 400. At the lake of rage, the boss battle has a 100% chance of appearing as a "shiny". But whether a Pokemon is "shiny" has no effect on whether it's offspring are.

Yes (in fact, there is a every kind of discolored Pokemon), but you have to search for an eternaty. I found a golden lediba in Pokemon silver and eventuali evolved it to a golden ledian so its highly possible, i wasnt even looking for anything.
engines get discolored because of the heat . the heat comes from combustion from gass and air
The bracelate surface does not get discolored after usage. Rubbing with clean cotton cloth can bring back original shine, very easily.
There is no official way to find a red gyarados. It is a shiny pokemon, and the possibility of finding one is 1/8192. That is why they are so valuable in trades, as they are rare and discolored.
Discolored spot on skin
No.
Same reason anything else turns discolored when they die. Their cells are dead and discolored.
You probably need to bath occassionally
dyed hide
To become altered or spoiled in color.
Teeth get discolored from the food that you eat and the things that you drink. Almost everything you eat or drink is a color and over time that can stain your teeth, this is why brushing is so important.
the Pokemon that u want is called shiny and u can only get them at random times which is really rare or u can use an action replay but i would recommend not even wasting ur money on 1 ive already bought 2 nd they didnt last very long
