It depends on the deck you want to play. There are alot of 'fun' but competitive decks out there that you can play with. Some decks are now, competitive for the tournaments, but some deck have cards that costs over $50 for one. Some Top Tiers (meaning the types of decks that dominate now in tournaments), are X-Sabers, Infernities, Gladiator Beast, and Frog decks. If you are not an experienced player, I do not recommend you to play the top tier decks since alot of thinking and strategy are required to play properly. Frogs, Infernities are the types of decks that are somewhat expensive (1 cards in Infernity deck cost $80 each), and require the greatest of minds to play or else you'll lose. There are other tier decks that could be used in tournaments and are beginner friendly. For Example, Machina Gadget, that is straight forward, but is a good deck and competitive to play with and somewhat cheap. Good luck with your tournament if you want to play one, and have fun with Yu-Gi-Oh!
THE best 5 yugioh decks would probably be 1.Blue eyes deck 2.red eyes deck 3.cyber deck 4. earthbound immortal deck 5.reptilliane deck my preffered uses are dragons, machines and fiends. but now the best decks are: 1.x-sabers 2.infernity's 3.blackwing's 4.Alien's 5.dragon's

Fry's Gas is not considered a top-tier gasoline brand. Top-tier gasoline refers to fuel that contains a higher level of detergent additives, which can help prevent engine deposits and maintain optimal engine performance. While Fry's Gas may meet minimum regulatory requirements for gasoline, it may not offer the same level of detergent additives as other top-tier brands such as Shell, Chevron, or Exxon.
Pot of Greed provided easy access to "Hand Advantage". It was seen as "broken" as with the cost of one card (that being Pot of Greed itself) it could turn into two more cards providing an advantage to your opponent. To date, Hand and Field Advantage is critical to the top (Tier 1) tournament Decks.
Tiers is a term that is used to rank certain Deck strategies as among the world's top ranking. A Tier 1 Deck is a ranking given to popular current Metagame Decks. These include Blackwing and Lightsworn Archetypes, the "Gadget Oppresion" strategy, the "Quickdraw" Turbo Deck, and many more.Blackwings are labeled as Tier 1, being extremely popular currently, fast, flexible, and dependable. Monarch Decks are labeled as Tier 2, still being quite flexible, but not quite as fast as current Metagame Synchro-based Decks.
As of the latest update, the MTG Commander preconstructed decks are ranked in the tier list based on their power level and performance in competitive play. The specific ranking may vary depending on the source, but generally, the top-tier decks are considered to be those with strong synergy, versatility, and consistency in winning games. It is recommended to refer to recent tier lists and discussions in the MTG community for the most up-to-date rankings.
Some of the top tier commander decks currently dominating the competitive scene include decks built around commanders like Tymna the Weaver and Thrasios, Triton Hero, as well as partners like Kraum, Ludevic's Opus and Silas Renn, Seeker Adept. These decks often focus on powerful card advantage, efficient mana ramp, and strong interaction to control the game and win through various strategies.
Just checked the Top Tier's website, and it does not list Circle K as one of the brands the sels top tier gas, so I would guess not.
i am one of the top duelists in my state and i was looking for some good decks you guys made to beta test. however i do not want a specialized deck (ie decks that focous around a certain monster type, or attribute, or a kind of monsters such as ojama, elemental hero, the wicked, gamble, etc. also no decks copied from yugioh characters.)
Top level
To say that something is 'top-tier' is to say that it is of the greatest level of quality. A example of a sentence using the phrase 'top-tier consumer' is: We are developing a plan that will market towards the top-tier consumer.
U.S. News says that it is the top 100, but law students and those in the legal community consider the top 50 schools to be Tier 1, and 50-100 to be Tier 2. The most prestigious law schools are referred to as T-14 (Top 14).

Go to the alternate you want to add to the second tier and click add to bad spelling tier. The second tier will appear when you tell it to go there. If you are a Supervisor, click the alternate, or alternates, you want to move and click the orange button at the top saying 'move to bad spelling tier'.
