What cards make a good Yu-Gi-Oh deck?

Yugi's Deck by itself was never "great". As is the custom of Yu-Gi-Oh! animes, the main character (Yugi in this case) always would miraculously pull through with the right Draw to win the Duel, even if their opponent clearly had a more well-built Deck. In effect, Yugi's Deck is a conglomeration of random cards that he received when his grandfather gave him the Deck. It does, however, generate a Dark Magician theme with some support cards. Some Yugi-fans decide to make competitve Dark Magician decks as a tribute to him.

it depends how you play if you play defense you need lots of defence monsters spell and traps to protect you but if you play in attack you need lots of strong attack monsters and if you like to play with effects you need to get lots of good effect monsters here is an good attack deck that i once used monsters:3x opticlops 2x mad dog of darkness 1x summuned skull 2x giant orcs 2-3x goblin elite attack force 2x archfiend soldier 1x skilled dark magician 1x dark magician 1x magician of faith 1x mask of darkness then after put 3 monsters you like spells:1x mytical space typhoon 1x heavy storm 3x smaching ground 3x shrink 1x monster reborn 1x card of destruction traps: 3x sakurature armor 3x bottomless trap hole 1x magic cylander 1x negate attack 1x draining shield and one other trap you want

I think soon ill add a DAD and some Bribes and put Van Daylgon back in since the deck really dosent have too many big attackers in it, I might even try some synchro but all in all this deck is nothing more then one huge dark hole which really pisses off even some of the most great players. A complete or 90% complete worm deck is good i can not touch it with my retro cards.

Six Samurais are good if you find the otk for them using Mizuho, shinai and hand of the six.
