Seafoam Island is an optional cave that players can go inside to capture various pokemon that are only available in this cave. One very important pokemon that is in the island is Articuno which is one of the legendary bird pokemon! To reach Articuno you will need the move Strength which you will use to move boulders down onto the water below until the waters current stops enough so that you can use Surf. Use Surf and you should be able to reach Articuno. Remember to save before attempting to capture it otherwise you will never see it again.
