Go to Fuchsia City, and then stand in front of the PokeCenter. Walk to the right and jump over the fence. Go into the first house on the right. The house should have two fossils in the middle of the room. Then talk to the old guy, and you will give him your gold teeth. He then will be able to talk, and he will give you the HM Strength. Give strength to pokemon, and use it on the boulder in the room. Take the item, and the item will be a rare candy.
