The great Chuck Close makes his self portraits by usually using the grid method. The grid method involves drawing boxes on a small photograph of what you would like to draw, and then basically transferring the detail in each box on a bigger paper with boxes that are multiple times bigger than those on the photograph. For example: If your picture is 3 in. x 6 in., you would draw boxes(with the help of a ruler) sized 1 in. x 1 in. so in total you would have?...... 18 boxes! Then, on the bigger piece of paper, preferably proportional, draw 18 squares that is either 2 in. x 2 in., or 3 in. x 3 in... and so forth.. as long as it is proportional. DO not forget to think like an artist and draw lines and shapes instead of "eyes and nose." Use your artistic brain :)
sorry i have NO clue

Yes, USPS does but UPS and FedEx do not.
There are small, medium and large boxes. One can find these boxes at their local post office. The post office always has these on hand, and they will be happy to bring it out and show it to you.
Freight would be the best way, if you have a lot of boxes. You won't have to worry about some boxes not showing up, if they are strapped on to the pallet. For a few boxes you can send them FEDEX ground or UPS ground.
Fedex doesn't offer this service. There are companies which offer private mail boxes which will allow you to accept all packages from various carriers. (ups, fedex, uspsc, etc). For a few you can have the mail then forwarded to your home address.
FedEx usually has better shipping rates. They do not charge as much and their reviews are higher than any other company. UPS has had complaints about their handling.
USPS , UPS Ground, or FedEx Ground
No they don't provide small boxes like the postal service has. They typically have several envelope sizes and tube mailers available only.
Flat rate shipping boxes can be purchased online directly from the United States Postal Service's official website. Flat rate shipping boxes can also be purchased online from shipping companies such as FedEx and UPS.
I don't believe the opening is big enough to allow you to place the box inside.
