What episode did zuko and may meet and then they fell in love?

Zuko and Mai met a LONG time before the series start. You can see young Zuko, Azula, Mai, and Ty Lee all 'playing' together in a flashback in Book 2: Earth, episode 7: "Zuko Alone." However, I think you're referring to when they fell in love. This did not happen in an actual episode; in fact, it happened between the end of book 2 and the beginning of book 3. There is a comic at nick.com that tells their relationship's start. Zuko doesn't fall for Katara. They become good friends, but they don't show any romantic interest in each other, seeing as Zuko and Katara end up with Mai and Aang, respectively, in "Sozin's Comet, Part 4: Avatar Aang." Check out "The Southern Raiders" and "The Ember Island Players" for some Zuko/Katara interaction that is often interpreted as beyond platonic.
