An Iraq dictator from (little fuzzy here) 1979 to 2003 when he was captured and sentenced to death by hanging by Iraqi court - he also fought a couple of wars while in power and had one of the most deadly weapons on earth. The USA invaded Iraq after 9-11-2001 (had also been involved before) and wrongly accused Iraq of the attack (now known to be alkida) and during that war captured Saddam. George W. Bush succeeded his father's quest to capture Saddam. He is now dead.
