This is unknown. You see, if you read the manga on which the anime is based on (just Google "highschool of the dead manga" and you should find something decent among the fist results), most of the story so far has been adapted into the anime, leaving little left to adapt into a second season. Furthermore, the manga progresses painfully slowly, with each chapter coming out 2-3 months after the previous one (note: if I remember correctly, a new chapter should be coming out within the next few days, around Nov. 23), so it'll be a while before enough material is available. Even then, it is uncertain if producers will still be interested in making a second season, so don't give your hopes up; however, it isn't impossible.

Chapter 119 came out on July 20th 2013 and High school dxd is already on its third season. High school of the dead will not be receiving any sequels.
