What happens at the end of 'Mockingjay'?

At the end of Mockingjay, Prim and many other children are killed by exploding parachutes which were possibly Gale's idea. Katniss is supposed to shoot President Snow with an arrow, but instead chooses to kill President Coin. President Snow dies, either by choking himself with laughter at her decision, or by being trampled by the crowd. Katniss is tried, and is let off, since her doctor pleaded that she was insane. She returns to District 12, where she is cared for by Greasy Sae. Gale moves to District 2, and Peeta later joins Katniss in District 12. They realize that they love each other. In the epilogue, Katniss and Peeta have their two children around them, and she thinks about how they will someday need to find out about her involvement in the Games.

prim dies because of parachutes sent by unknown forces.afterwards katniss talks to president snow while he is in custody.he says he did not send the parachutes(in book 2 they promised never to lie to ech other).she now believes that coin sent them so she shoots her while on the balcony during presidents snow exicution.katniss is taken into custody.then after she is out she goes back to district 12 with haymitch.peeta comes back and gale gets a job in district 2.so it ends with peeta saying "you love me,real or not real" and she says "real".in the epilouge you find out she has 2 kids with peeta.
