I was disapointed when I finished Mockingjay by Suzanne Collins. It didn't end the way I wanted. (I guess I've been reading too many Fairy Tales) But the ending was more realistic, and I guess it shows what really happens in war.

flu (like the head/chest cold) via (like the instant coffee from starbucks)
When Cinna made the Mockingjay out fit for Katniss, the Capitol did not like it because it was an act of rebellion by resisting the Capitol, and what it looks like is that the Mockingjay represents a symbol of resistance. So they beat him to death to punish him. That's how the Capitol works.
there are 27 chapters in mockingjay split into three parts
at the end of mockingjay both peeta and katniss get married and have two kids.
I think because in the series, the mockingjay is known as a sign of rebellion towards the Capitol, and the last book, which is Mockingjay, at the ending, there is a stop to the Capitol ruling. I think the last book is called Mockingjay because it shows the importance of the symbol in the book.

Katniss! Just like in the rest of the books, she's heavily supported by a lot of other characters in Mockingjay, though, and the rescue of Peeta makes for most of the storyline
