for 1 its a non-fictional film but a great 1 and secondly it would work because the imperious curse controlls the body like a doll attached to strings
The body would most likely turn into an Inferi, which are dead bodies enchanted by wizards to do their deeds. However, neither the book OR the movie are non-fictional, non-fictional means it's real, it's based on fact. The entire series is FICTIONAL.
