I guess that if Cartoons came to life it would be a world much like what you saw in the 1988 film "Who Framed Roger Rabbit" or it may be a terrifying experience such as in the 1983 film "Twilight Zone : The Movie" where Ethel (Who is played by Nancy Cartwright who later went on to provide the voice of Bart Simpson!) is banished into a cartoon .
