Adelaide, South Australia, Australia, Southern Hemisphere, World, Universe, Milky Way. Does that answer your Question?
Yes. Absolute Zero destroys cards on the opponent's side of the field, so would be trying to destroy, at the very least, the Stardust Dragon in question. It can therefore be tributed to negate the effect, but won't apply a destruction effect to Absolute Zero since he is already in the graveyard.
The question is confusing because 'play' is an informal term and typically means the same as 'activating' anyway. You either Set MST face-down on the field, and flip it at any time after the turn ends, or place it face-up to activate immediately. You don't 'do' anything with it after that, its effect will resolve and the card will go to the graveyard.
A question that answers itself within the original question.
Do you mean asking a Rhetorical question? A rhetorical question is when you ask the audience or person a question you don't want an answer to. When you ask a question you already know the answer to, it's called a Known Answer Question. The original question is ambiguous. A rhetorical question tho' is a statement that is formulated as a question but is not supposed to be answered. A subtle difference that can make all the difference. Spot on "KAQ" tho.
Adelaide is not a "church city". It has, in the past, been known as the "City of Churches". See the related question.

Yes you can, as long as the Stardust was originally summoned by Synchro Summon and not by Starlight Road (Starlight Road does not summon it 'properly', and the Stardust Dragon summoned by it cannot be summoned back from the graveyard should it be sent there).
How can Jellyfish run? They float underneath the water. This is a really weird question.
