How Hunger Games was made?
There was 13 districts (not counting the capitol) and they all once lived in peace until district 13 had an uprising than the capitol bombed them so nothing else would go out order in Panem (what North America may or may not turn into in the future) but since nothing really happened to any of the other districts they were not scared f the capitol and did basically not respect them so the capitol made the hnger games to show that they were more powerful and make them scared.

Well in the end of catching fire you earned that there is no more district 12. After that the districts basically just fall apart. So since not all of the districts are there anymore the hunger games would be impossible.OR:There is no more Capital. The Games were enforced by the Capital to punish the Districts. No Capital, no games.
