u get it in Liberty island Here's some tips to catching it (if u had oshawoot and evolve that u get dewoot make it learn cut and make sure have a pansear. first weaken victini using incinerate(pansear) or just let dewoot do cut until it's hp about 5 6 then use a great ball kepp pressing a it may take a long time to do it then VOILA u get yourslef a victini makesure u have the liberty pass ucan get it from march 6th to April 10th 2011 otherwise too bad i hope i helped )
