i think heartgold is hell better because hoho has a amazingly pro high attack and special attack and lugia has a high defense and to much of attack.(remember you can't only be able to take a hit you must also be able throw a hit back).

∙ 13y agoIt depends on which Pokemon you like, for example, you can only get donphan in heartgold and only mawile in soulsilver also only ho-oh is in heartgold and only lugia is in soulsilver. if you are asking me I prefer soulsilver.
