ok now you have to go on ure game and hold L and R then u should have 493 masterballs in the FIRST section of your bag NOT the pokeballs section. 493 masterballs stands for all the Pokemon in the world listed in your pokedex! so for example u want PALKIA it number in the pokedex is 484 so do a lil math 493-484=9 so drop 9 masterballs, lastly press L and go into a grass. you should encounter Palkia sometimes u don't. this works for every Pokemon!
