While there are many great catchable Pokemon in LeafGreen, it really depends on how you raise it. But srsly, go with Mewtwo! Or Dratini and evolve it into Dragonite. Don't forget to always raise your Pokemon while holding a Macho Brace, as that item makes the holding pokemons stats increase by more upon leveling up. (Like sometimes, if the usual
increase of a stat is 1 or 2, it may rise to 3 or 4 or even 5)
