What is the best team for Pokemon Yellow?

Level 88 Sandslash

Cut,Dig,Swift,Doble edge

Level 92 Lapras

Surf,Ice beam,Psychic,Sing

Level 96 Gengar

Shadow ball,Night Shade,Hypnosis,Dream eater.

You should have all three starters:

A farrow that knows arielace

A mr.mime

A gengar

You want a well balanced team with at least the four main elements, fire, water, grass, and electric. This leaves you two slots left for a psychic or rock/fighting Pokemon. You're last spot should be filled with a flying Pokemon, preferably one of the legendary birds. My top team consisted of the three starters, Charizard, Venusaur, and Blastoise, the Pikachu that you start out with, Alakazam, a psychic Pokemon and Articuno, the legendary ice bird. This will ensure that your team is built strong enough to handle the elite four. After you beat them, though, I would advise catching Mewtwo at the unknown dungeon and replace Alakazam with him.
