As much as I enjoyed the book, the movie seemed like a cliffnotes version and had some major plot changes. It seemed very rushed. I did not personally enjoy it.
The movie Eragon was filmed in Hungary.
A lot of people probably do, but don't trust the movie. Remember, they made the movie long before Paolini finished the series. ;)
The movie covers eragon finding the egg, Gero's death, Brom's and Eragon's adventure, The rassac, Brom's death, Finding the vardon, Murtag being morzan's son, the fight under tronjeim (I know im butchering these name btw), Killing durza, and saving Area. It isn't very good and skips a lot of important stuff.
the boy who's playing Eragon is Edward speelers...he is soo cute!!
He plays Eragon in the movie called, suprisingly, Eragon. Edward John Speleers is his full name. He is Garrow's nephew. Eragon found an egg that hatched a into a tiny drgon wich he named Saphira. When he pets her for the first time, he gets his Gedwey Ignasia and is considered a Dragon Rider.
Ed Speleers played the character of Eragon in the movie adaptation of the book "Eragon."
Stefen Fangmeier directed the movie Eragon, but the story was based off the book Eragon which was written by Christopher Paolini.
Twilight, Among the Hiddin, City of Ember, Eragon (Eragon movie sucked- the book is great), Golden Compass (that movie sucked also yet the book is good)

No the Eragon movie was an EPIC FAIL!
Eragon
no because the first movie was a dud and a butchery of the book which by itself stackked to an excellent script but some Hollywood dipstick went off and thought a good thing should be dumbed down for your benefit.

Yes, there is a film adaption of Eragon directed by Stefen Fangmeier. It recieved negative reviews from most film critics, and did not have a very accurate portrayal of the book.
