I agree that Arceus is the strongest Pokemon in the game so far. I think the previous answer was meant to put as you progress through the game you'll come across plates e.g. the mind plate and dragon plate etc, you can dig them up in the underground or find them just lying around, there is a plate for each type of Pokemon and when you first pick them up it'll read a message off the back, if you put all the messages together it says something about Arceus, moving on :P if you give arceus one of these plated to hold his colour and type changes e.g. give him a mind plate he turns pink and is now phsyic type, dragon plate he is now blue and dragon type etc.but he's a petty high level to start off with so recomend reserving your master ball for him :P
