far enough into the game u will get a primal stone for kyorge (dont know if i spelled that right) and then give it to it as an held item and then battle something or someone, it will primal evolve as soon as the battle begins

∙ 8y agoThe process of turning Kyogre into Primal Kyogre in either Pokémon Omega Ruby or Pokémon Alpha Sapphire is first you will need to give it the Blue Orb key item so that it is holding it and then as soon as it enters into any battle regardless of whether it's a battle against a wild Pokémon or a Pokémon Trainer it will start its Primal Reversion and will turn into Primal Kyogre.
