from training it yes and it is with the daycare this only works if you are playin Pokemon diamond, pearl, or platinum. when you put a Pokemon in the daycare and you no what lvl it evolves then switch the counter ap to zero look at its exp b4 putting it in nd then it is about to eveolve then then run as much as rite before the #of the exp also take in count you will b walking back to the daycare after gaining so many lvls the daycare will have changed its moves so be prepared

ex:lvl 1 turtwig. put in day care and ride up in down through solacean. 10000 steps later you check ur daycare app lvl 8 turtwig and you keep goin

In Gameboy Colour, the easiest way to evolve a Pokemon would be to either; use a stone e.g: thunder,fire,leaf etc. or to use rare candie. Although when using the stone some Pokemon are unable to use it and therefore will not evolve.

use an action replay and do the pokedex 100% complete. You'll have a full pokedex without having to catch any of the Pokemon you don't have.
