Scooby Doo and the Ghoul School
They are afraid for their lives. Shaggy explained to Scrappy a couple of times in "Scooby-Doo and Scrappy-Doo" why they run away from monsters. He said it all has to do with "staying alive". It's just in their nature to be scared.
In "The New Scooby and Scrappy Doo Show" episode "Wedding Bell Boos!", Scooby, Shaggy, Daphne and Scrappy visit Shaggy's parents' house in Plymouth Massachusetts for Shaggy's sister, Maggie's wedding. They might have visited Massachusetts some other time too, but this is one time that I'm aware of.
There are 4 if you don't include "The New Scooby and Scrappy Doo Show" and "The New Scooby-Doo Mysteries" as seasons (which I wouldn't because they have different introductions). Season 1 containes episodes with the entire gang including Scrappy. Seasons 2, 3 and 4 were with Scooby, Shaggy, and Scrappy. Season 4 also included episodes with Scrappy, Yabba-Doo, and Yabba's owner Dusty only.
Fred Jones.......tall, blonde, poser and loves himselfDaphne Blake......medium, ginger, always wears purple, dopey, always getting kidnapped.Velma Dinkley........small, urban color hair, brainy and sometimes rudeShaggy Rogers.......lanky, brown hair, skinny, eats all dayScooby Doo.........dog, cant understand a word he says, cowardScrappy Doo.......puppy, scooby's nephew, annoying and pure evil.
The "What's New, Scooby-Doo?" episode "It's All Greek to Scooby-Doo" has a villain who used a centaur disguise. There's a real centaur in "Scooby's Escape from Atlantis" (in "The Richie Rich/Scooby Doo Show", an episode with just Shaggy, Scooby and Scrappy).
There's 2 Shaggy and Scooby doo Well there's 3 Shaggy, Scooby doo and scrappy doo

Scooby Doo, Shaggy, Fred, Daphne and Velma. But in the first Scooby Doo series there was also a Scrappy Doo, but he was removed because it wasn't a fun character.

I don't know of an episode where all the gang becomes dogs, but there is an episode where Shaggy and Scooby swap minds ("Who's Scooby-Doo?", part of "The Scooby & Scrappy Doo Puppy Hour."

Scooby-Doo is a dog in a cartoon show. The show is about four people and the dog, Fred, Velma, Daphne, and Shaggy. They are detectives and always get caught up in monster mysteries that always have a human bad guy in the end. Scooby-Doo is Shaggy's dog.
Because he betrayed them and she, besides shaggy and scooby, was the closest to him out of the whole gang. Hannah Barbara now abuses scrappy and Flim Flam's (also there in the museum) as jokes, going as far as trash talking him on cn bumper stickers!

Hanna Barbera created the show Scooby-Doo and Matthew Lillard is the voice of Shaggy so Hanna Barbera created the show and Matthew Lillard did the voice of Shaggy. If there was no Matthew Lillard and no one else did Shaggy then Shaggy would not be in Scooby-Doo.
