$20000.00? This over inflated value is totally incorrect. As I have stated in previous post regarding the subject matter. I have learned that the Steamer Deck Chair made of Teak Wood, with brass hardware and the name plate (RMS Queen Elizabeth) 1st. Class value is a matter of condition and authenticity. I recently attended an estate auction where a chair matching the foregoing description sold for $1,450.00, this was based on very good condition of item, the reserve placed on item was $900.00 by the estate represenative. I belive that had the estate had documentation suppoting the authenticity of the item, it might have well sold for $2,000.00; however, one must keep in mind that this was an auction.
The reasonable value depending on condition will range from $600.00 to $2,000.00 based on the foremention condition.

Friedensreich Hundertwasser was buried in New Zealand after his death at sea on the RMS Queen Elizabeth 2 in 2000, at the age of 71. At that time the QEII was working as a cruise ship. It is most probable that he had bought a tickety for a Round the World Cruise.
