Go to this site and scroll down to the bottom of the page and find the Emerald ROM,download the ROM. http://yellowpika.ye.funpic.org/pokemonroms.html or http://www.romulation.net/GBA/1986_-_Pokemon_-_Emerald_Version_%28U%29.rar.html/ Then when the box pops up, choose to open it with WinRar. Then extract the ROM to your ROM folder in the VBA folder. When it asks you for a password, enter this: ar5ipn It will go to your ROM folder. Open up VBA, click on File then click on Open.
