Well this is one big thing u can do beat the Pokemon league again and ull be able to get in the ceruloen cave. first of all bring pokwmon with some hm moves.next ull need a Pokemon with surf plus a strong Pokemon 2 catch mewtwo cause it is lev 70 so go cerulone city and go up the bridge to the top ull see a river go down the river and go on the ledge where a man or lady will be standing and if u have not beaten the Pokemon league twice he or she wont let u in if u havent so when u have beaten the Pokemon league twice go in the cacve and find that mewtwo recomoneded 2 catch it with a ultra ball ull see y. when uve caught lev 70 mew two theres another thing exciting u can do!first of all if u stared of with bulbesar u can catch entei! and if u started off with squartle u can catch riakou! and if u started with charmanedr u can catch suiecuen! this is how u do it is u have beeaten the Pokemon league which is th elite 4 if wonder around in the grass if ur lucky 1 off the 3 lagendary Pokemon depding on which u started off with as a started Pokemon might pop up very rarley and it will be lev 50! or u can complete the pokedex or u can get all ur Pokemon lev 100 which might never happen!

Sorry for the one who answered the question above but what you said is absolutely wrong. Here is the ful step. Yoy have to beat the elite four 10 times AND catch around 70 Pokemon. Then go to speak with pofessor Oak. Then go to one island and go up to the place where you catch moltres. As you go up there should be two team rocket people. As you go towards them you will stop and over hear their plan. They will see you then you have to battle both team rocket grunts. When your done the entrance will be open and go in. Go through they place and find your own way. When your done you should have a crystal and go back to bill on one island. Give him the crystal. He will you give you another island pass which will let you go to SEVEN ISLANDS now. BEware. when you go to four island and and go to a cave and help one of the elite four. If you go back to the elite four. THey will be STRONGER. Gary will have a tyranata and all the Pokemon will be lvl 63 and a over. Now the thing with the cerulean cave. It will still be not open. here are some stuff. My memory is limited and i don't remember much but i believe if you go to six or five island and go down, you will find a cave entrance blocked. USe CUT on it and it will open but if it says team rocket password needed(you dhould have the first one) your on the wrong island and must go the other one. Anyway when your done and have gotten throught there will be holes. I don't know the order so try all of them. there will be four levels with each level having 4 holes. You must find the right one. once you get through to the bottom you will find a crystal yet again but as you are about to grab it a Pokemon maniac shows up and grabs the crystal but he also tells you the 2nd password. Now that you got it go to the other island. Remember it will either be 5 ot 6 and go to the team rocket base. go through the maze and find your WA to the pokemone maniac. he is angry at you and will battle. Win and go back to bill in one island. He will get the crystal and his invention is DONE. YOU ARE FINISHED. now go to ceruleon and get to the cave. THere will be no person gaurding it. get mewtwo and your DONE. there is only however one more thing you can do and that is to catch entei if you had bulbasaur as starter , Raiku if Squirtle was your starter and the water lengendary if you had Chamander. now there is a VERY VERY low chance of getting these legendary's. You must either be SO lucky or have a master ball. Okay let me expalin. you can find the lengendary in any grass area and i mean ANY. OF all the encounters with the legendary for two years i have been playing leaf green. I met the Pokemon. It was great but it RAN AWAY. ln fact you can actually follow the legendary dogs, if you have seen them once allready, simply look them up in the pokedex, and it will show where they are in the "area" section which will glow red, the dog will stay for a while unless fly is used, which will change the location. this way tracking them is easy

Here's the short and simple answer. You can go back to One Island [You'll be able to access all the Sevii Islands.] and speak to that guy in the Pokemon Center. He'll be working on the big machine. He needs two jewels though. It's your mission to find them. While doing so you will have to beat Team Rocket once again. And you can also catch some Johto Pokemon. There is no need to beat the Elite Four 10 times. Also you don't need to beat them twice to access Cerulean Cave. Just once then do the Sevii Island thing. That worked for me. When you beat the game you unlock the right side of Unova so now you can catch many legendaries in the game [Kyurem, Cobalion, Terrarion, Virizion, Thundrus/Tornadus, Landorus (once you have the other two by trading)]

Also, you can try to find the 7 hiding men who are evil (sorry I forgot their names).

You could also try to complete your Pokédex or Transfer your Pokémon from another DS to complete the Nat' Dex.

You could Dive near Undella Bay and get a bunch of old artifacts that can either be held by your Pokémon or sold off to either the man in the Iccirus Pokémart or at a regular sales man.

You could train your Pokémon more and try to beat the Elite Four again.

You could battle the Riches who live on the west side of Undella town in their big white villa. They payout loads of cash and they have a whole family! Make sure you put in a Pokémon during battle who's holding the amulet coin so you can double your earnings!

Spend over 100 hours on the game! (That's what I did) :P

complete the sinnoh pokedex and talk to prof. rowan to get a national pokedex.go to snowpoint city. first go to temple in there. that guy will say that you can't entr but cynthia will come and let you in. then go to south part of the city where there is a ship. talk to the man in there and he'll bring you to fight area. then go to battle tower and win some battles if you'd like. then go to other areas like survival area. from there you can go to stark mountain. on your first trip to there buck will come along with you. then she'll snag the magma stone and run away. you need to go back to survival area and talk to buck again. then when you enter the final room heatran will be there.you can also go to veilstone city. go south to route 214. there'll be an unlocked location called sendoff springs. bring pokemons who know rock smash and rock climb cuz you'll need them.find turnback cave and enter it. in the last room there is giratina. It can only be caught with a master ball.
