It is really hard to come up with just one, since Raphael had so many incredibly famous paintings but, I think that the most recognized one is without a doubt the 'two little angels' that appear as a detail on a painting called the "Sistine Madonna". Do an internet search to see an image of it. You will recognize it immediately.
His fresco called "The School of Athens" is also immensely famous.
It could be the Adoration of the Shepherds (now in Naples) or Saint Sebastian, which exists in several versions (London, Paris, and more).
