Anything that has enough magic or power to destroy it. The only examples JK Rowling gave in the books are The Sword of Griffindor, Fiendfyre, and basilisk venom. The only reasong the Sword was ble t destroy Horcruxes was because it had absorbed basilisk venom when Harry killed the asilisk with it. Here is how the seven were killed:
Ring - unknown (Dumbledore)
Nagini - Sword of Griffindor (Neville)
Locket - Sword of Griffindor (Ron)
Cup - basilisk fang (Hermione)
Diary - basilisk fang (Harry)
Diadem - Fiendfyre spell (Crabbe)
Harry - Killing Curse (Voldemort) NOTE***: Voldemort unintentionally sealed a porion of his soul nto HArry and when he used the Killing Curse on him, it destroyed the Horcrux and killed Voldemort. The connection between them broke, and Harry never elt he pain in his scr or spoke Parseltongue.

RAB is Regulus Arcturus Black. He's younger brother of Sirius Black. He stole The Slytherin's Locket and ordered Kreacher to destroy it who failed miserably. Then locket was stolen by Mundungus and further taken away by Umbridge. Finally Ron Weasley was able to destroy the horcrux.
He took the locket Horcrux from Voldemort.
Ron sees this when he is trying to destroy the locket/horcux, the locket presents Ron with all the images of his worst nightmares in hopes that Ron won't destroy it.
Using the venom from it's fangs.. . .The basilisk's venom is one of the substances used to destroy a Horcrux, which is why Ron and Hermione go down into the Chamber of Secrets in Deathly Hallows, so that they can find a fang from the basilisk's skeleton and use to to destroy Hufflepuff's chalice, the Horcrux.
Spoilers: RAB stole the locket, a horcrux, as he/she revealed in their note in the basin where the locket was found. Read The Deathly Hallows to find out who RAB turns out to be. It is obviously imperative the heroes (Harry, Ron, Hermione) discover who RAB is/was to uncover what became of the real locket. It is imperative since the locket is a horcrux and must be destroyed to have a hope of defeating the nemesis in the books, Lord Voldemort.

In turn, Dolores Umbridge took the locket from him in exchange for not imprisoning him. Harry, Ron and Hermione later steal it back from her.
