What would lucius malfoy do if a pure blood was being created like the other slytherins?

When I mean by this question I was asking if not as if it happened in the Harry Potter books.
I keep wondering what Lucius would do if some pure blood (let's call her Sophie Wolf) who had a pure blood life and never heard of muggles and muggle born witches and wizards.
What if Sophie acts wierded out by other half bleeds because she dousn't know much about muggles than other half bleeds as that they are partly related to muggles like Harry Potter and his aunt and Uncle.
I think probobly Lucius might experiment her feelings and find out what her beliefs on blood purity is.

Lucius Malfoy is manipulated by Lord Voldemort in the last book. At the beginning of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Voldemort takes Lucius' wand because his does not work against Harry's. Later, when the snatchers catch Harry, Ron and Hermione, Lucius' gets his son Draco to recognise Harry, so if they call Voldemort he will forgive them, but this does not happen because Dobby the House Elf rescues them and takes them to freedom. During the final battle Lucius and his wife Narcissa change sides because they fear for Draco's safety. This results in them being spared Azkaban after the battle.

Draco Malfoy is niether mean nor nice. He is petty and spoilt and teases and bullys Harry, Ron and Hermione and other griffindors during there time at school. He and Harry established a hatred in the first book Harry Potter and the Philosiphers Stone when he stole Neville Longbottoms rememberball and chanlenged Harry to get it back. There Hatred blossomed in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th books (Harry Potter and the Chamber of Sectrets, Harry Potter and the Prisiner of Askaban and Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire) Lucius Malfoy (Dracos dad) is introduced in the 2nd one and Harry hates him as well. In the 5th book Harry Potter and the Order of the Pheonix Harryaccuses Lucius of being a death eater and his suspicions are proved corect when he (lucius) and 11 other death eaters raided the ministry of magic and got arrested. In the 6th Harry Potter, harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, Harry accuses Draco Malfoy of being a deatheater and his suspicions are proved to be correct. During his service to Voldemort Malfoy is forced to torture people. Harry is sickened when he finds out this. Malfoy is just a petty selfish boy who is trying to do what he thinks is right and what he thinks is right is wizards ruling over muggfles and Voldemort in charge. Malfoy didn't kill Dumbledore Snape did. Dumbledore couldn't not stop himself from being killed because he had no wand. He also planned his death.
