Yes, you can, but only to another Pokemon Black/White ROM, and only once you have obtained 2 Pokemon( that way, you can never have no Pokemon). You can probably use the Union Room in the next town with a Pokemon center. You can also trade from your other games, sort of like the Migration System in DPP, But its not exactly the same. And once you trade your DPP Pokemon in B/W, you can never trade them back.
Why wont the soul silver and platinum show up in the union room?
If your using a pokemon white version or pokemon black version, then you can't see them in the union room because the new pokemon can't be traded into an older game. It's also the same with soulsilver and and any older game, heartgold and any older game. I don't know about any GBA games, because I never got them to work. But you can do it with platinum and pearl or diamond. If your trying to transfer pokemon to black and white, go to ds download, (on pokemon pearl or diamond in) and use a differant system to transfor them from that lab. You have to chose the pokemon, and they will transfor, but you have to catch all of them before time runs out. Hope this helped!
