Episode 32, "The Fuhrer's Son". We know him as "Selim" here.
Pride was the first one made.
Episode 48 - The Oath in the Tunnel
After Heinkel bites Kimblee's neck, Pride finds that Kimblee is useless. Pride consumes him I guess for his soul or he's explosive alchemic powers.
Pride is a homunculus in both the anime and manga of Fullmetal Alchemist. However, Pride is a different character in each version: in the anime, he is also known as King Bradley, while in the manga he is Selim Bradley, the son of King Bradley (who is actually a homunculus known as Wrath).
In the first anime, Wrath is Izumi Curtis's (Ed and Al's teacher) dead child that she tried to bring back using alchemy. In the manga and second anime (Brotherhood), Wrath is the true identity of Fuhrer King Bradley, who in the first anime was the homunoculus Pride (who in the manga is the true identity of Selim Bradley, the Fuhrer's son).

Well, in the manga Envy tries to possess him but can't due to his Auto-mail arm. I would need some context to help you further. Such as what kind of possessing. Envy can take over people when he is in his true form and Pride can control Alphonse with his shadows.
Well, there are actually seven humans. Actually, they are called Homunculi. And they aren't exactly immortal. In Brotherhood, if their regenerative abilities are used up enough, they are killed. In the anime, if the red stones are thrown up, they die. Anyways, their names are: Lust: Ultimate Spear. Gluttony: Can eat through anything. Wrath: Strong, in the Anime. In Brotherhood, the ultimate eye. Pride: The Ultimate Eye, or the Shadow Killer in Brotherhood Envy: Can transform into anything. Greed: Ultimate Shield. Sloth: In the anime, she can transform into water, in Brotherhood, he is very VERY strong.
The Homunculi are introduced in a variety of ways and only a few are introduced at a time (i.e. Lust, Gluttony, and Envy are introduced first and later on, Greed, and then further on, Sloth and Pride). They are revealed in the midst of chaos or lurking around and causing trouble. Try picking up the manga sometime or reading it on the Internet if you'd like to find out how they're introduced.
