A playable version of Obelisk the Tormentor has been available in Japan since March, and the English version will be out very soon, it will be the next card to appear in the magazine itself.
The legal Japanese version of Ra is out, and his English version will be released in December's shonen jump magazine.

to get the playable egyptian cards you can buy them on line at amazon or other on line stores. There is the playableversion of The Winged Dragon of Ra and Obelisk the Tormenter. Unfortunently, there isn't a playable version of Slifer the Sky Dragon. There is also egyptian god cards that are not playable. These include all 3 of the egyptian god cards. They are mostly for collecting. You can find these in the Yugioh Legendary Collection 1. Not 2. You can also buy these on line. In the bottom left corner of these cards it says "this card cannot be used in a duel" in either English or Asian. Also the back of the cards are different colors. Ra is black and yellow, Obelisk is black and blue and Slifer is black and red.
The Egyptian God cards do not have passcodes at the bottom-left corner of their cards. In that corner, in simply states: This card cannot be used in a Duel.
Are you talking about the Egyptian God Cards? There are three, Slifer The Sky Dragon, The Winged Dragon Of Ra, and Obelisk The Tormentor. They are not playable in the actual Card Game, but they are collectible cards. Well in my opinion the Egyptian god cards are so rare, yet so good that they could be banned from it, just like Raigeki, Mirror Force, Exodia (maybe) and more. But they're still really rare that people like to collect them, not play the game.

If they are the ones with effects(playable), yes
The first three god cards weren't allowed to be played because they weren't the playable versions, the two current playable versions are obelisk the tormentor and the winged dragon of ra.
If the illegal Egyptian god cards are fakes, then they would not be worth anything. Rare, real Egyptian god cards can be worth from $20 to $150 depending on where you sale them (as of 2013).
