you would have seen all hoen citys and groudon and kyogre would be fighting and guy will ask you where u think rayquaza is. when going on rout that goes straight east to pacifilog town , at 1 point go north. go to a tower called sky pillar go up it, and he will go to a city & calm down groudon and kyogre. when u go there again, u can catch him, although getting past pillar to him will be harder.(BEWARE he is on leval 70)(Elite 4 is a cakewalk with him on your team)(to get past cracks in pillar, go accross with mach bike)
